Job Details

Join our dynamic team as a System Administrator where you'll play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our technology infrastructure. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work both remotely and onsite, contributing to exciting projects that drive our operations forward.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain system configurations and changes to ensure stability and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to support system operations and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Provide user support by translating technical solutions and advising on approved technologies.
  • Participate actively in meetings and communicate operational statuses clearly and concisely.
  • Develop scripts to automate routine tasks and enhance system efficiency.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory group policy.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting for system automation.
  • Experience with Jira for project management and tracking.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with network security and infrastructure management.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production alerts effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with vendor partners and internal teams.
