Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain system configurations and changes to ensure stability and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with senior team members to support system operations and resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide user support by translating technical solutions and advising on approved technologies.
- Participate actively in meetings and communicate operational statuses clearly and concisely.
- Develop scripts to automate routine tasks and enhance system efficiency.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory group policy.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting for system automation.
- Experience with Jira for project management and tracking.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with network security and infrastructure management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production alerts effectively.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with vendor partners and internal teams.
