Job Title: Technical Consultant
Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
Duration/Term: Long-Term Contract


Job Summary:

We are looking for a technically hands-on Technical Consultant with strong proficiency in RedHat Linux (RHEL 8/9), Java, and telecom entitlement platforms, particularly CTG DEG and eIUM. This role involves working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot entitlement solutions for telecom environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and deploy CTG Device Entitlement Gateway (DEG) and CTG Internet Usage Manager (eIUM) systems
  • Develop and maintain Java scripts to support business logic and workflow automation
  • Design and execute comprehensive Acceptance Test Plans (ATP) and document results
  • Define test strategy and execute unit, regression, functional, and performance testing
  • Track KPIs and build dashboards to support performance reporting and optimization
  • Communicate technical updates regularly with clients and HCLTech management
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to entitlement flows and infrastructure
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and documentation
