Position: Principal Salesforce Systems Analyst
Location: Lowell, MA
Hybrid Onsite: 3 days a week
Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire - (must be able to convert FTE)
2nd Round Interview will be Onsite- face to face
Qualifications:
9+ years' experience working within Salesforce
Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce platform configuration, customization, and integration.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations.
Certifications:
Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce platform configuration, customization, and integration.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations.
Certifications:
Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (required).
Salesforce Architect certification, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce AI , Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant (preferred).
Hands-on Salesforce expertise and certifications are essential.

Salesforce Solution Design and Implementation:
Develop scalable Salesforce configuration workflows.
Build automations using Flows and other tools to improve operational efficiency.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce releases, identifying opportunities to leverage new features for organizational benefit.
Recommend enhancements based on user feedback and industry best practices.
Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
Develop scalable Salesforce configuration workflows.
