IT Support Analyst
Juno is seeking a hands-on IT Support Analyst to join our growing team in Glen Mills, PA. In this on-site role, you ll be the go-to resource for desktop, mobile, and Level 1 ERP/CRM support, helping to ensure our employees have the tools and technology they need to succeed. Responsibilities
Desktop & Mobile Support
Provide prompt technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.).
Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems.
Support Android mobile devices and resolve issues related to applications, connectivity, and configuration.
Assist with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools and enforce security policies across mobile endpoints.
Install and maintain approved applications in line with company security and usage policies.
ERP & CRM Support (Level 1)
Serve as the first point of contact for ERP and CRM support issues.
Triage and document incidents, escalating complex issues as needed.
Provide user training and support to improve proficiency and resolve system-related issues.
General IT Support
Manage user accounts and access via Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Log and resolve support requests using the internal ticketing system.
Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory.
Set up new hires with accounts, hardware, and software access.
Document solutions and processes to support knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Associate s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
2+ years of IT support experience in multi-location environments; experience in manufacturing, distribution, or field sales preferred.
Technical Skills
Proficient with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office/M365, and remote support tools.
Hands-on experience supporting Android mobile devices and enterprise mobile apps.
Exposure to ERP/CRM platforms and support ticketing systems.
Basic understanding of networking and IT security principles.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP) are a plus.
