Job Title: ServiceNow Developer ITSM
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITSM to support the design, development, and integration of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuration and integration, with 7 10 years of hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Develop custom ServiceNow applications and enhance existing modules using scripting, workflows, and business rules.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Customize forms, fields, and reports based on stakeholder requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.
- Ensure system stability and performance through monitoring, tuning, and improvements.
- Apply ITIL and agile best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Skills:
- 7 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Deep expertise in ITSM suite and ServiceNow platform configuration.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
- Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID servers.
- Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Experience in handling platform upgrades and data migrations.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certification is a plus.
