Title: Project Manager

Location: Northeastern United States (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation:
Pay Range: $49.00-$70.00 Per HR

Description:
Oversee a group of projects or programs associated with multiple businesses and functions.
Ensure alignment with strategic goals and optimize resource allocation.
Monitor performance and manage individual projects to meet objectives within time, budget, and quality constraints.
Serve as the Center of Excellence for portfolio processes and tools.
Drive continuous improvement and facilitate ongoing reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure project portfolio aligns with strategic objectives.
Determine optimal allocation of resources across the portfolio.
Develop and maintain a portfolio plan, prioritizing initiatives.
Track and analyze performance, identifying trends and risks.
Provide regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and budgets.
Monitor project progress and manage stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications:
Experience in portfolio and project management.
Ability to align projects with strategic objectives.
Proficiency in resource allocation and performance tracking.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
