Job Description:
Apex Systems is currently hiring for a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of customized Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce development, integrations, and collaboration within a semi-Agile environment.
Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills:
5+ years of proven Salesforce development experience with Apex triggers and customizations.
Strong knowledge of integration development (SOAP, REST, Mulesoft).
Experience with Flow creation and Object management.
Ability to analyze debug logs and optimize performance
Location: Gulfport, MS- 100% remote
Pay range: $65-$70 an hour

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings.
- Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom UI functionality and enhanced user experience
- Perform minor solution design and provide input on technical approaches.
- Develop and maintain Apex triggers and other heavily customized Salesforce components.
- Build and manage integrations using SOAP, REST, and Mulesoft.
- Create and optimize Flows and Objects within Salesforce.
- Analyze and debug logs to identify and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with the Release Manager to deploy completed work items.
- Assist team members in resolving blockers and technical challenges.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of proven Salesforce development experience with Apex triggers and customizations.
- Strong knowledge of integration development (SOAP, REST, Mulesoft).
- Experience with Flow creation and Object management.
- Ability to analyze debug logs and optimize performance.
- Comfortable working in a semi-Agile environment and collaborating with a remote team.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Salesforce Administration experience.
- Familiarity with Copado for release management.
