Responsibilities :
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain ongoing contact with existing customers, understanding their needs and challenges, and proactively addressing them.

- Account Growth:Identify opportunities to increase the value of existing accounts through up-sells, cross-sells, and new product/service introductions.
- Customer Success:Ensure customers are satisfied with the products or services, helping them realize the full value of their investments.
- Renewal Management:
- Manage the renewal process for existing contracts and ensure customer retention.On-boarding and Support:Assist new customers with on-boarding, setup, and ongoing support to ensure a positive experience.
- Problem Solving:Address customer issues promptly and effectively, resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration:Work with and other sales team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize sales potential.
