Our direct, F100 client is looking for a Lead Business Process Consultant to join a long-term project involving a transition to and implementation of Workday HCM. Qualified candidates will need to have prior experience with Workday HCM or a similar SaaS tool (HR-related), along with strong process design and diagramming experience with either Blueworks Live or MS Visio (Blueworks is ideal). They are most interested in finding candidates who have strong business process management experience, versus technical configuration or analysis experience when it comes to implementing SaaS in an HR organization. This is a long-term contract position (12 months initially) that can be performed remotely but must follow an ET schedule (approx. 8am - 5pm ET).



Responsibilities:

- Responsible for interviews, creating business process maps, contributing to the teams and providing feedback.

- Process documentation

- Identifying requirements for new or existing business processes and technologies

- Leveraging concepts such as prototyping, demonstrations, focus groups, pilots, workflows, surveys, risk assessments and customer scenarios to ensure the successful creation and adoption of process and technology improvements.

- Agile Methodology will be used for implementation, so these Process Consultants will be diagramming end to end design and owning the process designs.

- Collaboration - across the organization to achieve business goals


Essential Skills:


- Experience supporting Workday HCM or similar SaaS vendor implementation

- Familiarity with business process management discipline, methodologies, and tools

- Proficient in end-to-end process diagramming using Blueworks Live or MS Visio

- Experience gathering and interpreting information from stakeholders across functional areas, identifying problems and opportunities, evaluating alternatives and risks, and choosing effective options.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field of study (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Management, Sales, HR) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a process design/redesign role.

- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of experience in a process design/redesign or technical role.
