Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Sr Product Manager to drive the next generation of enterprise services that power digital health innovations across our Surgical and Vision Care franchises. This role will be instrumental in delivering scalable, secure, and reusable platform services-including common APIs, identity and access management (IAM), and commerce capabilities. You will serve as a key product owner, translating complex business and technical needs into actionable platform features that improve speed to market and ensure compliance.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $75.00/hr.

You will serve as a key product owner, translating complex business and technical needs into actionable platform features that improve speed to market and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership & Roadmap Execution
- Define and own the product roadmap for specific enterprise services within the digital health platform.
- Write clear, actionable product requirements and manage the delivery pipeline in close partnership with engineering teams.
- Ensure alignment with the broader platform strategy defined by the Director of Foundational Services.
Enterprise Integration & Collaboration
- Engage with internal product teams to understand consumption patterns and pain points for platform services.
- Collaborate with security, privacy, R&D, and ITCI teams to ensure enterprise-grade service delivery.
- Act as a conduit between technical implementation and user-facing teams.
Compliance, Security & Performance
- Work closely with compliance and cybersecurity teams to embed regulatory and privacy requirements into the platform.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service adoption, stability, and performance.
- Support lifecycle planning and continuous improvements for services in production.
Innovation & Platform Growth
- Contribute to the evaluation of new tools and emerging technologies that can improve platform scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with architecture teams to define reusable service patterns and design standards.
- Help build and maintain operational documentation, including service catalogs and API references.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, enterprise platforms, or backend/API product delivery.
- Experience in platform services such as IAM, commerce systems, or backend APIs.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) and microservices-based architecture.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., healthcare, finance).
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and service observability practices.
- MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus.
