Description
This individual's primary responsibility is the ownership of tier-two through tier-three level troubleshooting of the environment and the forward-looking strategy and architecture of the desktop environment of tomorrow.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
List the main tasks
Provide on-site support for at least 200 End-users in a rapidly growing environment
Provide level 2 & 3 face to face support for issues that include Network Connectivity, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Lenovo Hardware, Zebra RF devices, A/V Setups, etc.
Responsible for working and logging all support-related tickets into our IT instance of ServiceNow
Assist with the management of all IT assets
Work on project/task-based work annually
Continually work on updating and providing new documentation as needed
Uphold and enforce company IT policies, securities and best practices
Flexible schedule (including nights, weekends and some holidays)

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
