Title: IT Project Lead I

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 Months

NOTES:

  • Need - Regulatory PM
  • 100% Remote - Any time zone
  • Experience in Planning/ Delivering, Leadership & Communications
  • Need IT Experience.
  • Regulatory Quality Exp is needed.
  • Healthcare/ Med tech manufacturing, regulatory - Anything is fine.
  • Change management
  • PM methodologies + Certifications
  • Manger can teach PM skills if someone is looking for entry level PM.
  • Mid-level is preferred with 3 - 5 Years
  • This PM will handle 3 Projects
  • 1 Round of Interview
  • Tools: TSCA/ Reach - Nice to have

Duties:

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive strategic outcomes and ensure stakeholder alignment.

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Lead project teams, facilitating collaboration across departments.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Ensure quality standards and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.

 

Skills:

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in healthcare/med tech manufacturing, regulatory, or product stewardship.
  • Change management and stakeholder engagement expertise.
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical thinking.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and task tracking.

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.

3 5 years of experience in project management or a related role.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies or certifications (e.g. PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma certification, Agile, etc.).

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet).
