Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, facilitating clear communication among team members, clients, and upper management.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and lead project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes, and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field is often preferred.
Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management roles is required.
  • A certification in cybersecurity or an Information technology discipline will be a plus.
  • Analytical: Must have the ability to review requests received to be able to interpret requirements to a wide range of audience, as well as review documentation provided for relevance.
Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly identify issues and develop solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software and GRC tools is often required.
