Hybrid: 3 days in the office, Tues, Wed, Thursday - need local candidates. Mon & Friday work from home.
Intermediate knowledge or skills in one or more of the following required with 7-8 year experience in PM with BA experience.
Drives all project activities through the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), effectively applying various project methodologies and enforcing project standards, to ensure quality and successful on-time, on-budget delivery of their project(s).
PM with BA/application development experience will be ideal.
- Experience running projects of multiple sizes and years of experience in Project management. Presentation skills (will write PowerPoints and present recommendations speaking to high level partners)
- Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience
- Excellent Communication Skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent personal time management skills. Good financial management, basic modeling, project planning, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Familiar with waterfall and agile concepts
- Requirement risk assessment and management
- Awareness/ use of advanced modeling techniques
- Problem solving, negotiation and decision making
- Advanced Project Management skills
- Ability to organize system work and run it as a program, with a long term vision
- Fluent in Financial Reporting and Tracking
