Role Overview: The Project Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation, customization, and delivery of D365 F&O projects. This role involves managing cross functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution:
o Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
o Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
o Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Team Leadership:
o Lead and coordinate cross functional teams, including developers, consultants, and business analysts.
o Foster collaboration and ensure clear communication among team members.
- Stakeholder Management:
o Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are met.
o Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
- Risk & Issue Management:
o Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
o Resolve project related issues promptly to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.
- Budget Management:
o Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
o Track expenses and ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
- Quality Assurance:
o Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
