Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Workday HCM Project Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end Workday HCM implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Workday modules, project management methodologies, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various business functions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Workday HCM implementation and enhancement projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and clients.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, and change requests to ensure successful and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday HCM solutions.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and follow up on action items.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project progress.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocations.
• Lead testing, training, and deployment activities in coordination with the client and internal teams.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of Project Management experience, with at least 3+ years specifically managing Workday HCM projects.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, and Payroll.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in creating and managing project plans, schedules, and risk/issue logs.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• PMP, CSM, or Workday certification preferred.
• Experience with global/multi-country Workday implementations is a plus.
