Job Details
- Experience: Typically requires 3-10+ years of experience in IVR development, with a strong focus on the NICE CX one platform.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong proficiency in NICE Studio scripting (ACD, IVR, Workflows).
- Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, or Java.
- Knowledge of telecommunication protocols (VoIP, SIP) and CTI integration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is often required.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
