Job Summary
HTG is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director of Finance to lead the financial operations and guide long-term financial planning. This role will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and risk management while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a deep understanding of finance, accounting, and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives
- Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage audits and relationships with external auditors and financial institutions
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and risk management strategies
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and financial decision-making
- Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting professional growth and high performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial regulations, and risk management
- Proven experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
