Job Title: Business Analyst (Onsite, W2 Only)

Location: Multiple onsite locations across the USA
Job Type: W2 only (No C2C or third-party)
Duration: Contract

Job Description:

We are hiring a Business Analyst to work onsite at various client locations across the U.S. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze business requirements, support project teams, and help improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business and functional requirements

  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify needs and deliver solutions

  • Support project teams in analysis, testing, and implementation

  • Create reports, workflows, and process documentation

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

  • Strong communication and analytical skills

  • Experience with tools like Excel, Jira, or similar

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (W2 only)
