Job Details
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
* 3+ years experience working with enterprise-level RIM systems, including system design, implementation, and management.
* 3+ years DB2 experience.
* 3+ years .NET experience.
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
* IBM Content Navigator and IBM Content Manager.
* Experience supporting and developing in Kofax versions 11+.
* Experience developing, testing and debugging code for the support of a record and information management system.
* Experience in analyzing data to improve records management processes and systems.
* Ability to provide ongoing application, infrastructure, and technical support to ensure business continuity.
* Experience supporting records and information management activities including the operation of equipment, scanning, document review and document classification.
* Experience planning upgrades and patches, and overseeing testing environments.
* Experience supporting the Department of Public Safety Kofax and content management solution.
