Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused BilingualCustomer Service Representative (English and French) to join our team. The CSR will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Assist customers with account-related issues, billing questions, orders, returns, and technical support (as applicable).
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues to supervisors or other departments when necessary.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve customer experience and internal processes.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate s or bachelor s degree preferred).
- Minimum 2 years sales experience working in a Call Center or telemarketing environment
- Excellent communication skills (well spoken, professional, friendly and courteous)
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritizes, and manages time effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software, ticketing systems). Windows based computer or pc
- Experience in BAKING & COOKING will be an added advantage.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
- Experience with windows-based software and internet browsing
- Reliable, Consistent Internet Speed of 50 Mbps upload and download speed
- Remote home office with quiet environment
