Act as POC for digital sales ECAF escalation management Investigate and diagnose customer reported issues with software applications or systems Must keep track of SLAs and always meet mandated time window to address audit findings customer complaints Engage relevant teams to research systematic issues gaps in business process and open necessary intakes to resolve Maintain accurate documentation of ECAF logs, research reported issues, and resolutions, Provide executive writeup to VPs SVPs on each ECAF
