05 About the Role:

The project coordinator will perform activities for the execution & control of projects including reporting on key performance indicators. This role will work closely with senior Agile Portfolio Management team members to coordinate activities around Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, and Cross-functional tech teams. Furthermore, the project coordinator will work on process improvements and automation of current workflows.

Responsibilities and Impact:

The Impact: This position is critical to enhance our existing processes within the agile portfolio management office.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated hourly rate is $25 per hour.

This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

What We're Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:
Education:
  • Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor degree in a related area such as economics, information technology or business with a anticipated graduation date of May 2025.
  • Certification as a SCRUM MASTER or an equivalent project management framework is an advantage
Experience:
  • General interest in agile development processes e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, project management methodologies and processes in enterprise scale organizations
  • Interest in process automation and improvements
  • Interest in data gathering, analysis and gaining skills using business intelligence tools like Tableau
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills & organizational and time management skills
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  • Interest in culture shaping
  • Ability to work with team members and stakeholders in a positive and team-affirming manner
  • Attentive to detail and quality oriented; ability to execute in a timely and accurate manner
