Title: Palantir Lead cum Administrator

Job Description:
- With our PM s being involved in Palantir new use cases and D&A taking over support services ,
- We need an internal Palantir Lead/Administrator for the platform .
- Managing overall Palantir support , Incident Queue , triage with TCS Support and Data Engineers.
- Engage with Product Managers to route to Jira backlog based on Issue category.
- Tracking financials through Resource management and set up charge back to business unites for different use cases.
- Managing all roles , privileges , permissions & groups within the Platform.
- Participating in transition of new use cases and ensuring cut-over to client and Support team.
- Managing Platform usage and deployments.
