Description
* Responsible for managing the incident management process related to production issues across various analytical platforms.
* Requires deep understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with business intelligence tools is essential.
* Monitor reporting batches, handle user inquiries, and troubleshoot data quality incidents.
* Work closely with business users and possess business analyst expertise.
* Exhibit excellent communication skills and interact effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement a structured incident management process, including incident priority classification and post-incident reviews.
* Ensure clear communication with stakeholders during incidents, providing status reports.
* Identify automation opportunities for monitoring failures and system performance issues.
* Orchestrate the change request process for production migrations, adhering to change management procedures.
* Develop metrics and KPIs for reporting batches to track and analyze performance effectively.
* Coordinate and oversee support resources to ensure seamless integration and efficient operations.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in data warehousing/business intelligence/analytics and reporting systems.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in relational and multi-dimensional data modeling.
* Proficiency in SQL and query optimization.
* Strong ability to analyze user requirements, make recommendations, and implement solutions.
* Self-driven with the ability to troubleshoot and provide quick resolutions to issues.
* Full project management and development life cycle experience.
* Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to prioritize and execute in a high-pressured environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
