The firm is a highly analytical, team-oriented derivatives trading firm that employs a dynamic, disciplined approach to trading across a variety of products and strategies. A well renowned derivatives trading firm that prides itself on positioning themselves at the forefront of the financial markets.
Best suited applicants will have experience working as a Quantitative Developer and a strong background as a team lead. The role is meant for someone who has experience in leading a team in a fast paced, multifaced trading environment. As a Lead developer, you will provide technical leadership, while leading and guiding a team of software developers who are passionate about finance. You will also be a key decision maker in the hires made into the team whilst putting your own additional perspective on tools and techniques that could improve quality and drive better solutions. You will be alongside the traders and quants so prior experience in this is a must.
The main skills required are:
