Title: Java Lead with Kafka, Docker, DevOps - (60 % into Development and 40% into Managing the team)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Java Lead resource who also has good experience in Frontend and Backend development along with Kafka, DevOps, and OpenShift.
Candidate should have strong development experience in Java and should have end-to-end project experience (Golden Path).
Experience in writing manual GIT commands is Mandatory.
Code Test is Mandatory for all shortlisted resources.
Strong Java development and Lead experience (60 % in Development and 40% in Managing the team)
Expertise in Cloud, Kafka DevOps, and Open Shift
Previous work experience with the Spring framework
Strong technical development experience in effectively writing code, code reviews, best practices code refactoring.
A delivery-focused approach to work and the ability to work without direction.
Experience with various source control tools like GIT (Manual Commands)
Good to have hands-on experience with Kafka or any Streaming Technology
Good to have experience in Splunk, and Dynatrace tools.
Experience in Agile Development lifecycle methodology
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Advanced knowledge of architecture and design across all system
Configuring and managing software and optimizing processes through automation
Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
Ability to multitask and prioritize with urgency.
Ability to work in large, collaborate teams to achieve organizational goals.
