We are seeking a resource to gap fill open roles and support high-priority projects owned by the Data Analytics & Reporting (DAR) team, under Marketing Data & Analytics. We need a highly skilled and experienced analyst to join a dynamic team of marketing analysts collaborating with data engineers and stakeholders across the business in driving forward our team s goals. This role will play a crucial role in developing, validating, and documenting strategically important datasets and dashboards that influence strategic decision-making, shed light on performance, and ensure the success of our initiatives.

Requirements and Projects

Full funnel lead flow reporting, including using complex SQL queries to create an automated data layer supporting this reporting; wireframing and designing a PBI report tailored to stakeholder needs.

Development of Account-based Marketing reporting following the same process as outlined above and including the establishment of a core methodology for tracking accounts and account-tied contacts across the client marketing ecosystem.

Development of Corporate Markets top level reporting dashboard following same process as outlined above.

Support for development and enhancement of existing Power BI dashboards as needed, including SQL development and integration of new marketing metrics (Opportunity Reach/PSR).

Updating SQL, updating a dashboard resource, and aggregating data sources for annual Publisher s Reports.

Executing SQL review and fixes as needed to support the data migration from Snowflake to BigQuery.

In coordination with the finalization of DAR BQ tables, repointing existing Power BI dashboards from Snowflake sources to new BQ sources.

Validation and documentation of internally created tables from our data engineering resource, including scoping which external sources should be flagged to data engineering for conversion to internal tables.

Adapting DAR-owned tables to upstream source data changes (SBM/SSPR).

Development of a MVT or cheat sheet resource for documenting our most-used and most-valuable tables.

We are looking for someone with:

Experience (5+ years) in Data Modelling, Data Analysis, or similar.

Demonstrated proficiency in using complex SQL queries to validate and manipulate large datasets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on best practice and data governance.

Strong data comprehension skills, capable of reviewing complex documentation and applying it to the requirements of reporting use cases

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with Power BI or similar as well as BigQuery and Snowflake.
