Job Title: Senior Agile Coach
Location: Regina, SK (Hybrid)

Duration/Term: Long-Term Contract


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Agile Coach with 6 8 years of expertise in enterprise Agile coaching and transformation. The ideal candidate will lead Agile initiatives, mentor teams, and drive strategic alignment, ensuring scalable adoption of Scrum, Kanban, and product-centric delivery models.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy.
  • Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams, fostering Agile maturity.
  • Design and implement Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) tailored to organizational needs.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and team coaching sessions.
  • Identify and remove systemic impediments, influencing leadership support for change.
  • Develop and manage Agile transformation roadmaps, backlogs, and success metrics.
  • Deliver training programs and certification initiatives to enhance Agile capability.
  • Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and learning within Agile teams.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 6-8 years of experience in Agile environments, including enterprise coaching.
  • Proven expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and transformation strategies.
  • Ability to influence change, resolve complex impediments, and drive strategic alignment.
  • Strong experience with Agile metrics, roadmap development, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile principles, frameworks, and product-centric delivery models.
  • Exceptional facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
