Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tableau Developer to design and implement advanced data visualization and business intelligence solutions. In this role, you will create sophisticated Tableau dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making, streamline business processes, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, data science, and engineering. You will be responsible for optimizing Tableau reports, enhancing performance, and ensuring scalability while troubleshooting support tickets.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain complex Tableau dashboards and reports that are scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the re-usability and extensibility of Tableau solutions.
Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to translate business requirements into compelling and insightful data visualizations.
Assist in the development of reports and dashboards that drive actionable insights, improve decision-making, and automate processes.
Address and resolve support tickets related to Tableau reporting and dashboard issues, ensuring timely resolution and system reliability.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau-driven dashboards and analytics solutions.
Solid expertise in Tableau, with a working knowledge of other BI tools such as Power BI (or similar visualization tools).
Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and developing complex queries for data analysis.
Hands-on experience in defining data warehousing data models.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructures (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) for data storage and analytics.
Advanced Tableau development skills, including custom calculated fields, table calculations, and dynamic dashboards.
Experience working with big data technologies such as Databricks, Synapse Analytics, or similar platforms.
Experience in designing and implementing complex ETL and ELT processes for data integration and transformation.
