Support the team by analyzing data, creating documentation, and supporting project execution. This role bridges business needs with technical teams, focusing on customer experience, agile delivery, and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze dashboards, reports, and research to provide actionable insights
- Write business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Conduct user journey mapping and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Create visualizations and dashboards to support performance analysis
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders
- Support Agile transformation and change management initiatives
- Prepare documentation and presentations for executive meetings
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- BS/BA in Customer Experience, Marketing, Market Research, Business, or related field
- 3-5+ years in customer-centric projects or enterprise strategy roles
- Strong Business Analysis background
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
