Location: Remote

A Coupa Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within the Coupa Spend Management platform. This includes implementing procurement workflows, integrating Coupa with ERP systems, and customizing features to meet business needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Configure Coupa Applications
    • Build and enhance Coupa modules (Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, CLM).
    • Customize workflows, approval chains, and dashboards.
  • Integration & API Development
    • Design and implement integrations between Coupa and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
    • Develop RESTful APIs and manage data exchange using secure protocols.
  • System Enhancements & Maintenance
    • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and implement continuous improvements.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration & Documentation
    • Work with business analysts, procurement teams, and finance stakeholders.
    • Prepare technical documentation and provide end-user training.

 

Required Skills

  • Technical Expertise
    • Proficiency in Coupa platform configuration and scripting.
    • Experience with Java, Python, Ruby, or similar languages.
    • Strong knowledge of APIs, JSON, XML, and integration tools.
  • ERP Integration
    • Hands-on experience integrating Coupa with SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
  • Cloud & Security
    • Familiarity with AWS/Azure, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and secure API practices.
  • Tools & Methodologies
    • Agile/Scrum experience, JIRA for task tracking.
