Description: Overview
Meta is seeking an experienced Process Mining COE Lead to join the Finance Innovation Hub. This role requires a strong Celonis professional who can lead the Center of Excellence (COE) for process mining, working closely with Finance leadership to expand the program, support ongoing projects, increase user adoption, and quantify value realized from process mining engagements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in finance processes, Celonis, and the ability to manage a global team while driving process excellence.

- Strong understanding of finance processes and general ledger
- Experience working in or leading a Process Mining Center of Excellence (COE)
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Process Mining program within Meta's Finance Innovation Hub
- Collaborate with Finance leaders, Global Process Owners (GPOs), and Process Owners to identify and deliver process mining projects
- Manage current process mining projects and teams, including Celonis partners, contingent workers, and consulting resources (e.g., ACN team)
- Track and report on value realized from process mining projects
- Develop and maintain a future project roadmap aligned with business priorities
- Build strong relationships with Engineering Product Managers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Finance Data & Analytics teams to streamline data identification and access for process mining
- Work closely with the Data Security team to ensure operational use of process mining dashboards balances security and accessibility
- Drive user adoption and provide enablement to finance users and stakeholders
- Proven experience and expertise with Celonis process mining platform
