Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to design, develop, and support automation solutions that drive enterprise-wide digital transformation. As part of the RPA Center of Excellence (CoE), you will collaborate with business teams to deliver efficient automation solutions, maintain platform stability, and promote best practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, test, and support RPA solutions to meet business requirements. Investigate alternative RPA design approaches and conduct proof of concepts. Identify and implement automation solutions that improve efficiency and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in day-to-day RPA operations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess RPA opportunities and prioritize processes for automation. Stay updated on RPA trends and evaluate emerging technologies. Support community engagement initiatives and knowledge-sharing events. Work independently and cross-functionally on multiple projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in a technical or business-related field. Minimum 2 years of IT experience, including 12 years in RPA development (preferably Blue Prism). Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and implementing RPA projects. Strong understanding of software development principles; experience with .NET and C# is a plus. Familiarity with project management methodologies. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with customers to deliver successful automation projects. Knowledge of enterprise applications and related technologies. Exposure to Agile/Scrum practices. Certifications Blue Prism certification (preferred). Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Blue Prism
