Seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to sit between the customer and the security solutions provider to respond to tickets, gather necessary information and route appropriately.



Onsite in Brentwood, TN for a long term contract.


M-F, 8-5



Required Skills -




  • Reside in Nashville area and work onsite

  • Cyber Security

  • Network Security level 1

  • Ticketing system experience

  • Customer service

Desired Skills & Experience -




  • ServiceNow

  • Palo Alto firewall

  • CompTIA Security+ or similar cert

responsibilities:


Job Duties -




  • This position will sit between the customer and the security solutions provide and respond to tickets, working with the customer to ensure that the tickets are populated with all required information and route to the appropriate team.

  • Update tickets and route them thru the system.

  • Answer questions from the customer regarding ticket status.
