Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and escalating potential Inline, defectdriven issues. Lead or support the innovation, development, and deployment of new identification tools. Analyze and Source Potential Inline, Defect-Related Excursions. Utilize different data analysis tools, statistical analysis packages, and problem-solving skills to source defect events based on respective event details. Perform in-depth data mining for tool/process correlations. Develop methods to enhance and improve signal-to-noise in data analysis. Demonstrate, develop, and utilize process flow and tool knowledge to determine defect/map signature formation and mechanism. Lead or support the innovation, development, and deployment of new analysis tools. Develop and Optimize Excursion Analysis Tools. Identify efficiency opportunities within the excursion analysis process. Develop new software solutions and reports to support defect sourcing analysis. Optimize existing software systems. Compile and create user documentation for respective software systems.

Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a Process Engineerrelated occupation. Position requires:

1. Semiconductor fabrication products and processes, including inline defect inspection tools;

2. Engineering troubleshooting;

3. Experience within a semiconductor cleanroom environment;

4. Computer and programming skills, including Python, SQL, or Tableau;

5. Reporting software, including JMP;

6. Data analysis and compilation, statistics, and presenting analysis results and proposals
