Job Title: Project Manager Data Warehouse, BI, Databricks (Remote, PST Hours)

Location: Remote (Must be available to work PST hours)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple data-centric projects, including Data Warehouse migrations, Business Intelligence implementations, and Big Data technology integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale data projects within Professional Services Organizations, preferably in SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver up to 8 concurrent data projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

  • Oversee Data Warehouse migration initiatives, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders, to define project scopes and objectives.

  • Utilize Databricks and other Big Data technologies to drive project success.

  • Implement and monitor project management best practices, ensuring quality and efficiency.

  • Facilitate conflict resolution and negotiate project deliverables with stakeholders.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and delivery management.

  • Be prepared to travel to customer locations as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of project management experience within Professional Services Organizations, preferably in SaaS companies.

  • Proven experience managing large-scale Data Warehouse migration projects.

  • Strong understanding of Business Intelligence, Data Management, and Big Data technologies.

  • Proficiency with Databricks or similar Big Data platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

  • Strong multitasking abilities and a track record of delivering high customer satisfaction.

  • Willingness to work PST hours and travel to customer sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DPP (Data Protection and Privacy) Project Management.

  • Familiarity with Professional Services Operations and delivery management.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence
