Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage large, complex Treasury Management implementation projects for high-profile and high-revenue clients.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase, ensuring client satisfaction and a seamless onboarding experience.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive implementation project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Collaborate with clients' technical and financial teams to understand and navigate ERP system architecture and integration capabilities.

  • Provide subject matter expertise on ERP system integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics), including API and file-based connectivity.

  • Understand and advise on file formats (e.g., NACHA, BAI2, ISO 20022, CSV, XML) used for cash management files and transactions.

  • Configure and test ERP system connections for transmission-based services such as ACH, wire transfers, and balance reporting.

  • Advise clients on best practices for integrating Treasury Management services within their ERP platforms to streamline payment and reporting workflows.

  • Troubleshoot transmission errors, connectivity issues, and file format discrepancies, working with internal and external technical teams to resolve problems efficiently.

  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and data transmission standards throughout the implementation lifecycle.

  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Technical Support teams to tailor solutions to meet client-specific needs.

  • Maintain detailed project documentation and status updates for internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Continuously monitor industry trends and evolving ERP capabilities to enhance client integration experiences.


Required Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of experience in Treasury Management or financial systems implementation.

  • Deep technical knowledge of ERP systems and ERP system integration methodologies.

  • Strong understanding of transmission-based services and how they are deployed in corporate environments.

  • Proficiency with banking file formats and standards such as NACHA, BAI2, ISO 20022, and XML.

  • Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines.

  • Education/Degree: Bachelor's Level Degree

  • Primary Skill(s): Treasury Management Implementation
