Job Title: Change Implementation Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Months (Possible extension up to 2 Years or Conversion to FTE)

Job Description:
- Opportunity to be part of a large-scale transformation program aimed at modernising client Deal Pricing platform and drive adoption across Sales and Product.
- Candidates will play a key role in the change management activities associated with rolling out and on-boarding Sales users to client new Pricing tool.
- Candidates will also participate in product testing, user acceptance test planning, guiding migration from legacy tools, and partnering with client external vendor to deliver a scalable, high-quality solution.
- This role blends strategic thinking, problem solving, effective communication and change leadership to accelerate program deliverables and business outcomes.
- Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Change Implementation.
- Review and analyse basic or tactical Change Implementation assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
- Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgement while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide information to client personnel in Change Implementation.
- 2 plus years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Note:
Pay Range: $35- $40/hr on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
