Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of IT project/program management experience (preferably in finance sector).
- Proven track record managing large-scale programs ($10M+ budgets) and multiple workstreams.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and financial systems.
- PMP or ITIL certifications (preferred).
- Strong financial acumen and experience in cost control and budgeting.
- Experience in proposal writing and contract reviewing.
- 10+ years of program management experience across large IT programs.
- Stakeholder management and coordination with internal and external teams.
- Managing multiple Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Tracking and improving program performance.
- Ensuring compliance with IT regulations and best practices.
- Lead and manage IT programs to ensure delivery within time, scope, and budget.
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with captive finance business objectives.
- Oversee stakeholder communication and reporting to senior leadership.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively across projects.
- Track project progress and program outcomes.
- Manage risks, issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
- Define and maintain program governance structure and documentation.
- Align deliverables to the program's strategic outcomes.
