Job Description:

Pay Range: $75hr - $80hr

Requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of IT project/program management experience (preferably in finance sector).
  • Proven track record managing large-scale programs ($10M+ budgets) and multiple workstreams.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and financial systems.
  • PMP or ITIL certifications (preferred).
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in cost control and budgeting.
  • Experience in proposal writing and contract reviewing.
Experience:
  • 10+ years of program management experience across large IT programs.
  • Stakeholder management and coordination with internal and external teams.
  • Managing multiple Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Tracking and improving program performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with IT regulations and best practices.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage IT programs to ensure delivery within time, scope, and budget.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with captive finance business objectives.
  • Oversee stakeholder communication and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Allocate and manage resources effectively across projects.
  • Track project progress and program outcomes.
  • Manage risks, issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Define and maintain program governance structure and documentation.
  • Align deliverables to the program's strategic outcomes.
