Title - PMP Certified Project Manager with Networking/ Infrastructure
Location-Remote
Duration Full-Time
We are seeking a PMP Certified Project Manager with strong experience in managing networking and infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional technical teams, overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects (data centers, network upgrades, cloud migrations, security initiatives), and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of networking and infrastructure projects including LAN/WAN upgrades, cloud infrastructure, network security, and data center operations.
- Work closely with network engineers, infrastructure architects, and vendors to coordinate design, implementation, and support activities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate regular communication across technical and business teams.
- Drive project governance, change management, and issue resolution processes.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, project management standards, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee project budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement for infrastructure solutions.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices in IT project management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- PMP Certification (mandatory).
- 10+ years of experience in IT project management with a focus on networking and infrastructure projects.
- Solid understanding of enterprise networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, etc.), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), and infrastructure components (servers, storage, virtualization).
- Experience managing projects involving network modernization, cloud migration, security upgrades, or data center transformation.
- Strong understanding of ITIL or service management frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Additional certifications such as ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or technical certifications (CCNA/CCNP, Azure, AWS).
- Experience in financial services, healthcare, or large enterprise environments is a plus.
