Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.Design, configure, and implement SAP CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Service).Work closely with stakeholders to understand their CRM needs and optimize processes.Integrate SAP CRM with other SAP modules (e.g., ECC, SD, MM) and third-party systems.Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to SAP CRM solutions.Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).Prepare user documentation and provide training to end users.Collaborate with technical teams for custom development when necessary (BADI, BAPI, Web UI, Middleware).
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum [X] years of experience in SAP CRM implementation and support.

Proficiency in SAP CRM modules such as Sales, Service, and Marketing.

Strong understanding of CRM architecture and integration with ECC and other SAP modules.

Experience with SAP Web UI, Middleware configuration, and BOL/GENIL concepts.

Functional understanding of business processes in customer relationship and service management.

Excellent problem-solving skills and client-facing communication.
