Project Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to manage and improve the online visibility of our web platforms (including IDN-Corp.com and Staff-IT solutions). The ideal candidate will have a proven record of optimizing websites for higher ranking, improving organic traffic, and implementing both on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
Optimize website structure, content, and metadata for search engines
Perform technical SEO audits and fix site speed, mobile friendliness, and indexation issues
Build high-quality backlinks and manage link-building campaigns
Develop and execute on-page/off-page SEO strategies for blogs, landing pages, and service pages
Analyze web traffic metrics and prepare performance reports (Google Analytics, Search Console)
Collaborate with content writers and developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented
Monitor competitor websites and trends for continuous improvement
Recommend and execute strategies to improve domain authority and conversion rate

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Google ranking algorithms, Core Web Vitals, and schema markup
Experience with WordPress / PHP / CodeIgniter-based websites
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console
Familiarity with Local SEO, GMB optimization, and citations
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and content optimization
Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred Experience

3 5 years of professional SEO experience
Experience working with freelance or IT service-based companies (India markets)
Proven record of ranking keywords in competitive niches
Ability to manage multiple client projects independently

Minimum 20% increase in organic traffic over 3 months
Backlink profile with at least 50 quality referring domains
