Description
The Talent Acquisition/Third Party Labor Onboarding specialist is responsible for supporting Onboarding processes for contingent labor. The role will interface daily with our vendors and contractors in a professional and customer centric manner that is consistent with PwC's brand and great place to work initiatives. Possesses technical understanding of on-boarding/new hire protocols and related systems.
This role will interface daily with contractors on Day 1 to assist with ID verification via a platform. This role will verify the identity and track appropriately. This role will answer any questions related to issues with ID verification and escalate appropriately to the vendors and engagement teams. This role will be required to track statuses and update a master tracker in a timely manner.
Experience Required: 3 years of onboarding coordinator experience in a professional environment, experience with Microsoft suite (outlook, calendar, excel, word)
Experience Preferred: Vendor management system experience, E-Verify and/or I-9 verification experience
Ability to read and apply SOPs

Strong Microsoft skills; proficient with Excel and general computer use.
Comfortable and effective on the phone and live video calls.
These resources will be expected to Handle anti-impersonation calls, including administrative tracking and issue escalation.

Responsible for reporting in Excel and following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Must be ready to jump on urgent calls quickly and stay engaged even during slower periods.
Highly administrative role requiring strong problem-solving and reliability.
Needs to remain calm under pressure and handle unhappy individuals professionally.
Involved in launching a new process/program at PwC; adaptability is key.
Possibility of extension depending on performance and project needs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.22 - $20.24/hr.
