Role: IT Project Manager (Implementation Experience in Maximo CMMS) Location - Remote (Candidate Needs to work in EST Hours)

Project Overview: Implementation of Maximo CMMS for multiple BCD sites
Key Skills:
3 5 years of project management experience with a demonstrated record of successfully leading end-to-end IT or system deployment projects.
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid).
Experience in manufacturing environments and/or CMMS or enterprise system implementations strongly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across diverse teams and regions.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize technical and business requirements clearly.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
