Client is looking for a SAP Basis Admin .

The Job: Client is looking for an experienced SAP Basis Admin Consultant to lead a critical database migration project. Consultant must be able to take control, perform pre-checks and utilize advance techniques to ensure successful migration.

Skills and Experience_

• Min of 10+ years of experience in SAP Basis involving database migration
• Extensive hands-on experience of 8-10 years in SAP Basis.
• Experience in SAP BASIS/NetWeaver/ABAP Application Server monitoring and Administration.
• Familiar with HANA,SYBASE, MS SQL Server, and SAP 4.0B system
• S/4 HANA implementation Greenfield Implementation or SAP RISE are both Nice to have
• Prior experience working in a Rise with SAP Construct is an added advantage
• SAP ECC, S4 HANA B4 HANA, BOBJ, BODS, PI experience a must, at least 3-4 full project lifecycles in a Basis team lead / Manager role
• Experience in S4 HANA performance management.
• Pre Go live checks / readiness.
• Lead/ Managed client and SAP Basis resources on medium to large SAP implementations (approx. 600 users)
• Planned, Lead/ Managed infrastructure sizing, procurement and installation activities by integrating different teams i.e. SAP Basis, Server Admin, Network admin, etc
• Report status to PMO, manage issues, risks and escalations
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional SAP and client infrastructure teams to manage design, delivery and testing of the entire project, production landscape
• Ability to lead workshops and design discussions, gain consensus from group of client & third-party resources, document project deliverables and secure client sign-off/ approval of deliverables

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for resolving the issue in time with in SLA.
• Testing and transporting changes to production environment Understanding of SLA's , incident management process and knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow
• Very good communication skills (English) written and Verbal
• Work on call after office hours and during weekends on rotation basis ABAP
• Debugging knowledge preferred for functional consultants
