Job Title: Program Manager, Program Management Office (PMO)
A Senior Level Program Manager at Arvest is critical in leading transformational programs that drive significant business operations, technology, and organizational changes. They are a seasoned professional with strong business and technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage large, complex programs. They lead and oversee a portfolio of complex and strategic programs that are critical to the success of our organization. The Program Manager collaborates extensively with cross-functional teams, employing strong planning and risk management skills to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining alignment with company strategy.
What You'll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)
Lead and manage transformational programs from beginning to end, ensuring alignment with business, technology, and organizational change management goals.
Develop and implement program objectives, ensuring they align with company objectives and deliver business value.
Develop and manage program budget following organization governance practices.
Partner with Program leaders to initiate projects for the program following the organization's practices.
Collaborate with Project Managers to define project scope and ensure alignment with program objectives and product roadmaps. Oversee program delivery and lead program closure.
Implement and maintain effective program governance. Manage projects within the program, as needed.
Mentor Project Managers within the organization.
Regularly communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to executives and stakeholders to ensure the value to the business is clearly articulated.
Translate technical language into common understanding for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Foster extensive collaboration and planning between cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery.
Identify and track dependencies at multiple levels across projects, programs, and portfolios.
Align various project management approaches, methodologies, and team working methods among projects.
Ensure organizational change management strategies and plans align with scheduled outcomes to be delivered.
Create comprehensive resource plans, evaluate resource gaps, and implement solutions to address them.
Ensure optimal allocation and utilization of resources to meet program objectives.
Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues associated with the program.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
Ensure issues are resolved expeditiously, elevating to appropriate leaders when necessary.
Translate company strategy into well-defined program goals, ensuring alignment and contribution of projects within the program.
Define program outcomes and plan the delivery of benefits.
Monitor benefits realization of the program to ensure benefits remain strategically aligned to objectives.
Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; completing compliance training and adhering to internal procedures and controls; reporting any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and reporting any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

7 years of relevant experience in project and program management.
Understanding of banking regulations and controls.

Compliance monitoring experience by ensuring that programs adhere to all relevant internal and external regulations and policies.
Financial analysis and reporting experience with interpreting financial data, generating reports, and making sound financial decisions related to the program.
Knowledge of banking products and services with familiarity with various banking products like loans, mortgages, credit cards, and investment products.
Planning and execution experience with managing large-scale transformational programs, defining program scope, setting objectives, creating timelines, and managing resources effectively.
Experience with multiple project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Hybrid, Waterfal).
Experience monitoring progress, identifying roadblocks, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
Proven experience utilizing data analytics to gain insights, track key metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
Clear and concise communication skills by effectively conveying information to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Relationship-building ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies.
Ability to skillfully navigate disagreements and reach consensus among stakeholders.
Ability to motivate and guide project teams, fostering collaboration, and delegating effectively.
