MetaPhase is currently supporting the Department of the Treasury delivering core support services to advance enterprise-level IT governance, strategy, investment planning, and oversight.

In support of this effort, MetaPhase is seeking SharePoint and Content Management Solutions Specialist to support the evolution of the internal collaboration and content management environment within a budget and acquisitions office at the Department of Treasury. The candidate will develop and present recommendations to the client on content management strategy and SharePoint design, and be responsible for enhancing and administering the current SharePoint Online Site, managing content governance, integrating Office 365 and Power Platform solutions, and driving business process improvements. Must be technically skilled and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Design, build, and administer SharePoint Online sites and solutions to support collaboration, information sharing, and business process efficiency
  • Develop Power Platform solutions to automate business processes, enhance data collection, and deliver actionable insights
  • Manage and govern SharePoint content and document libraries, including folder structures and access controls, while enforcing policies for naming conventions and document lifecycle practices
  • Gather requirements and feedback from business users to continuously evolve solutions
  • Partner with IT security, records management, and operations teams to ensure compliance
  • Create and update documentation related to the implemented solutions and process(SOPs, Templates, Checklists, etc.)


What We Need From You (Required):

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience or advanced degree in an IT-related field
  • Hands-on experiencedeveloping SharePoint Online solutions to include, but not limited to managing Sites, Permissions, Lists, Forms, and Document Libraries
  • Proven experience with Power Platform Solutions (Power Apps, Power Bi, Power Automate)
  • Strong understanding of document and content management principles
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional digital solutions
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented, advanced analytical skills


Bonus Points (Desired):

  • Federal consulting experience
  • Experience in enterprise IT governance, investment management, or IT capital planning with an understanding of Federal acquisition and budget related processes

  • Washington, DC
  • No travel required


Clearance Level:

  • None; U.S. Citizenship required.

Education Level:
  • Bachelor's degree minimum


Compensation:

  • Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is 100k-112k
