Turnberry's Salesforce practice encompasses strategic planning, full-scale implementation and rollout, managed services.
Responsibilities:
Identify and analyze business problems and opportunities and providing solutions
Conduct research and analysis to identify business problems and opportunities
Gather and document business requirements
Develop use cases and business models
Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis
Develop business cases and recommendations
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs
Provide ongoing support to ensure solutions are implemented and delivering value
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
3 years of experience with Salesforce
Healthcare experience specifically in the payer or provider space
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with process modeling and data analysis tools
Understanding of project management methodologies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $115,000 or the hourly equivalent.
