Job Details

This position is onsite and requires you to work 50% in White Plains, NY and 50% in Midtown, NYC- This wil be on a weekly basis.

Must have excellent knowledge of windows PC operating systems. IT Hardware including and not limited to desktops, laptops, iPads, Thin client terminals, laser printers and smart phones.

Cisco network switching, cisco phones, and network terminology, functions and troubleshooting. Active directory and Citrix- Must be able to deploy computers.

4-5 yrs plus exp working either a service desk or desktop support. You will provide support for more complex level incidents resolution and requests reported to the IT service des. Responsibilities will include initial assessment, triage, research and resolution of these incidents and service requests. Key role in overseeing the effectiveness of service desk knowledge and skills. Help mentor and upgrade the skills of existing IT service desk analyst as well be a back up to their mgmt. Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, including installing hardware, implementing file backups and configuring systems and applications. Add and remove user accounts as necessary.
